Knitted Fabric Fitted Sheets
In our knitting facilities, where we can produce many different fabric types, the preferred grades for fitted sheets are:
- Single Jersey Fabrics
- 92% Cotton 8% Elastane Full Jersey Fabrics
- 95% Cotton 5% Elastane Half Jersey Fabrics
- Interlock Jersey Fabrics
- Recycled Cotton Knitted Fabrics
Our knitted fabrics, which we can produce from 80 gsm to 380 gsm, are the most preferred qualities for fitted sheets. We can produce 100% cotton (O.E. cotton – carded cotton – combed cotton), cotton-PES, and bamboo and recycled cotton fibers.
Woven Fabric Fitted Sheets
Our woven fabric production facilities produce a wide variety of fabrics for the highest quality fitted sheets. Our primary fabric qualities in this group are:
- Reinforced Fabrics (TC120 to TC162)
- Sateen Fabric (TC200 to TC400)
- Percale Fabric (TC210 – TC300)
- Stripe Woven Fabrics
- Muslin Fabrics (Double Gauze – 3 Layer – 4 Layer)
- Jacquard Woven Fabrics
Our woven fabrics are generally made using natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and bamboo, but can also be produced from PES fiber upon request.

Sizing
As a private label fitted sheet manufacturer, we produce in the exact dimensions you require. Simply tell us the dimensions you need.
Dyeing and Printing
We are able to do plain dyeing, rotary printing, and reactive digital printing applications.
Plain Dyeing
Simply share the Pantone TPX color code with us. We prepare and send you lab dips for pre-production color approval.
Rotary & Digital Printing
Simply share your design files with us. After you place your order, we will send you print samples to get your approval for both the color and the print design.
Sewing, Labeling, Branding, Packaging
We can add the following accessories to your fitted sheets, which we sew to your desired dimensions with durable woven elastic bands, according to your wishes:

The main materials used for packaging are polybags, PVC bags, cardboard boxes, and self-fabric bags, but we can also create any other packaging option you require.
Export Packaging and Shipping
Your products, manufactured and packaged according to your specifications, are packed into appropriately sized boxes after quality control processes and prepared for shipment, with or without pallets as needed. During this process, the necessary export documents (invoice, packing list, A.tr, EUR1, etc.) are sent to you to obtain shipment approval.
The process is completed according to the delivery terms agreed upon during the ordering phase (EXW, FOB, DAP, CIF, CNF). Regardless of our agreement, the entire shipment process is meticulously monitored by our team, and you are kept informed of all necessary details.
